Job Description:
We're looking for a sharp, self-directed Marketing & Communications Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of our marketing and content operations. This is a hands-on role - you'll write, design, publish, edit, coordinate, and track. You'll work directly with senior leadership in a lean team, which means real ownership and real visibility from day one.
This role carries responsibility for how we show up in the world. You'll support brand consistency, message clarity, and professional reputation across every channel we touch - and most importantly, how our story and our culture are received by our staff. This role requires creative thinking, practiced organizational skills, and the right personality to build cross-functional relationships within a fast-moving firm that manages complex solutions.
