Our client, a global manufacturing organization, is seeking a Marketing Communications Operations Consultant to support their Creative, Content, and Brand Communications teams during a critical operational transformation initiative. This is a fully remote contract opportunity with an initial duration of 6+ months, supporting high-visibility marketing and communications operations work across a complex, fast-paced environment. • Administer and optimize Workfront as the primary workflow management platform for Creative and Content teams
  • Support integration of Content team workflows into established Creative team processes within Workfront
  • Evaluate existing workflows to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and operational friction points
  • Recommend and pilot scalable process improvements, including automation, templates, AI-assisted workflows, and standardized approaches
  • Partner closely with teams to ensure process improvements are practical, sustainable, and aligned to real-world workflows
  • Support asset and image intake standards to improve asset quality, organization, searchability, and reuse
  • Assist in developing toolkits and templated approaches that enable broader brand consistency across teams

Cross-Functional Coordination & Reporting

  • Partner with Creative, Content, Marketing, and Brand Communications stakeholders to align priorities and expectations
  • Facilitate clear handoffs between teams by ensuring required inputs, approvals, timelines, and decision points are understood
  • Provide visibility into project status, workload, priorities, and team capacity
  • Support adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working across teams
  • Maintain reliable reporting related to workflow volume, cycle times, bottlenecks, and operational health
