Position Summary

The Marketing & Campaign Specialist is responsible for coordinating and executing LSINCs marketing initiatives that increase market awareness, generate qualified opportunities, and support the sales organization. This position owns the planning, organization, scheduling, execution, and measurement of marketing campaigns while ensuring consistent messaging across all customer-facing channels. The Marketing & Campaign Specialist works closely with sales, engineering, applications, service, customers, dealers, and strategic partners to communicate the value of LSINCs products, technology, and customer successes. This position supports Phase 1 (Market Awareness) and Phase 2 (Demand Generation & Opportunity Creation) of the LSINC Customer Experience Continuum.

Mission Increase awareness of LSINC, our products, and our applications by developing, coordinating, publishing, and measuring marketing campaigns that educate the market, generate qualified opportunities, and support the sales team.

Primary Responsibilities

Marketing Campaign Management

Coordinate the planning, execution, scheduling, and measurement of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple marketing channels. Examples include:

Product launch campaigns• Industry campaigns• Customer success campaigns• Trade show campaigns• Dealer campaigns• Strategic partner campaigns• Webinar campaigns• Educational campaigns• Referral campaigns

Maintain the annual marketing campaign calendar and ensure campaigns are executed on schedule.

Content Management

Coordinate the creation, organization, and publication of customer-facing content.

Content includes:

Website content• YouTube videos• Instagram content• LinkedIn content• Customer success stories• Case studies• Product demonstrations• Installation highlights• Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) content• Engineer interviews• Training content• Product photography• Articles• News releases• Sales collateral

Ensure content remains current, consistent, organized, and aligned with LSINC branding.

Digital Marketing

Maintain LSINCs digital marketing presence by coordinating content and engagement across digital platforms.

Responsibilities include:

Website updates• YouTube• Instagram• LinkedIn• Email marketing• Digital asset management• Marketing calendar• SEO support• Marketing analytics

Sales Support

Develop and maintain customer-facing materials that support the sales process.

Coordinate:

Sales presentations• Product brochures• Industry guides• Competitive comparisons• Customer references• Proposal graphics• Sample requests• Marketing follow-up materials

Support the sales team by ensuring current marketing materials are readily available.

Dealer & Partner Marketing

Coordinate marketing initiatives with dealers and strategic partners to maximize market awareness and opportunity generation.

Support includes:

Co-branded marketing materials• Product announcements• Customer success stories• Marketing campaigns• Sales tools• Marketing assets

Marketing Analytics

Maintain marketing data and measure campaign performance.

Track and report:

Website traffic• Campaign performance• Lead sources• Marketing-qualified opportunities• Demo requests• Sample requests• Social media engagement• YouTube performance• Campaign effectiveness• Marketing return on investment

Provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
