The Marketing & Business Development Specialist will support the growth and visibility of experiential driving programs through integrated marketing, customer acquisition, and strategic partnership initiatives. This role is responsible for executing multi-channel campaigns, managing digital and social engagement, supporting CRM and lifecycle marketing efforts, and identifying new business opportunities to drive customer conversion and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of marketing expertise, analytical thinking, and relationship-building skills to support program performance and brand awareness initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across paid media, social media, CRM, PR, and website channels to drive customer awareness and conversion.
  • Manage customer acquisition strategies, including landing page optimization, retargeting campaigns, email journeys, and lead conversion initiatives.
  • Coordinate development of marketing collateral, photography, video assets, digital advertising, and social content.
  • Manage organic social media presence and community engagement initiatives across platforms.
  • Partner with CRM teams to execute lifecycle marketing campaigns and audience segmentation strategies.
  • Identify and pursue partnership opportunities, B2B bookings, and co-marketing initiatives to expand customer reach.
  • Track campaign performance metrics, ROI, and marketing KPIs while providing actionable recommendations for optimization.
  • Support marketing execution at live events, experiential programs, and national brand events.
  • Process invoices, manage budgets, purchase orders, forecasting, and financial tracking activities.
  • Coordinate contracts, RFAs, approvals, and vendor communications to maintain operational timelines.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, digital, PR, CRM, vendors, and external partners to ensure cohesive execution.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or business development roles.
  • Demonstrated success driving customer acquisition and conversion through integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience managing paid media, social media, email marketing, CRM, and content production.
  • Experience working with agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics platforms and CRM reporting tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Financial literacy with the ability to manage budgets, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred (Optional):

  • Experience supporting experiential, automotive, motorsport, luxury, or lifestyle brands.
  • Experience identifying and developing B2B partnerships and business development opportunities.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and digital advertising platforms.
  • Experience supporting live events and experiential marketing programs.

Additional Details

The base range for this contract position is $30.87 – $40.87 / per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
