Seeking a Procurement & Budget Analyst to support the Marketing team by managing financial planning, procurement workflows, and operational processes.
Responsibilities include developing and monitoring budgets, analyzing costs and variances, ensuring procurement compliance, reviewing SOWs, submitting POs in Oracle, and coordinating with stakeholders.
Must track budgets, perform financial analyses, prepare reports, and support sourcing strategies. Manage procurement activities, streamline workflows, and assist with vendor onboarding and contract tracking.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sourcing, Procurement, and Finance to ensure process alignment.
Requirements include a Bachelor's in Business, 3-5+ years in procurement/finance, experience with Oracle or similar systems, strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
