Marketing & Brand Manager

National Digital Trust Company (In Organization) has received conditional approval from the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency to open as a federally chartered trust bank to provide a broad range of digital asset services.

 

We are building a specialized financial institution addressing the growing demand for digital asset services. Our primary business will focus on digital asset custody, providing secure, efficient custodial and fiduciary services for a variety of digital assets. 

You will work with foundational systems and processes to help shape our operating model and influence how a new category of financial infrastructure comes to market.

Job Overview 

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing & Brand Manager to elevate our brand, amplify our story, and drive measurable growth. In this role, you will partner closely with Business Development, Sales, Product, and Strategy to deliver high-impact marketing initiatives across owned, earned, and paid channels.

You’ll play a critical role in shaping how we show up in the market—building brand awareness, generating demand, and positioning us as a leader in the fintech and digital asset space.

 

Objectives 

Strategy & Market Insight

  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to inform marketing and communications strategies
  • Help define and evolve brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy

Campaigns & Execution

  • Develop, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels
  • Plan and deliver high-impact initiatives including events, sponsorships, partnerships, and CSR programs
  • Own and manage the marketing calendar, including campaigns, content, and thought leadership

Content & Brand

  • Oversee creation of compelling content including digital campaigns, blogs, case studies, presentations, and newsletters
  • Ensure all content is brand-aligned, SEO-optimized, and designed to drive engagement and client acquisition
  • Elevate executive presence and company voice through thought leadership and strategic communications

Digital & Social

  • Manage and grow social media presence (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and other platforms), driving engagement and brand visibility
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent, high-quality messaging across channels

Collaboration & Enablement

  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Business Development to create marketing materials that support revenue growth
  • Support sales enablement with tailored content and campaigns

Performance & Optimization

  • Define KPIs and measure campaign performance, ROI, and impact
  • Use data and insights to continuously optimize marketing programs and inform future strategy

Budget & Vendor Management

  • Manage marketing budget and external agencies, ensuring efficient and effective spend

 

What you bring to our company 

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B fintech, financial services, or digital assets/crypto
  • Proven track record of building and scaling marketing campaigns that drive awareness and revenue
  • Strong storytelling and content development skills with a sharp eye for brand voice
  • Experience managing multi-channel campaigns (digital, events, partnerships, PR)
  • Data-driven mindset with experience measuring performance and optimizing campaigns
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment with shifting priorities
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Self-starter with excellent time management and ownership mentality
  • Curiosity and interest in blockchain, digital assets, and emerging financial technologies
