About the Role

This internal- and external-facing position focuses on recommending and executing marketing campaigns with a primary goal and objective of driving awareness, increasing growth, and meeting business objectives for Acadia and its brands. To achieve success, the Marketing Associate role excels at collaborating with the marketing team to support sales objectives and portfolio growth. This is accomplished by maintaining strong relationships, exceeding expectations, and providing appropriate recommendations to the sales team.  

 

Additionally, this role requires successful execution of marketing strategies and providing regular recommendations that improve marketing strategies at the facility and team levels. Demonstrated success includes developing scalable solutions, identifying and supporting multifacility initiatives, and leading multifacility marketing campaigns, while clearly communicating strategy and recommendations and accurately implementing digital and traditional marketing tactics. Expectation management, strong verbal and written communication, reliability, and the ability to understand and present complex strategies are essential for this position.

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with sales leadership to identify portfolio differentiators and opportunities to strengthen positioning through email, social media, digital assets, and collateral pieces
  • Create and maintain a library of sales assets
  • Support event-based marketing (webinars, lunch and learns, conferences) with promotional content and post event follow-up materials
  • Effectively communicate and coordinate on a variety of tasks and projects with all audiences
  • Facilitate the delivery of collateral, communications, and other marketing requests
  • Execute internal tasks to achieve sales team goals, set by both marketing and sales leadership
  • Execute website tasks, including audits, content/page maintenance, and various improvements
  • Create recommendations and solutions, meet timelines, and communicate effectively
  • Provide internal and external updates, guidance, and trainings on all marketing efforts 
  • Continuously strive for quality improvement by identifying and understanding issues and opportunities
  • Collaborate on all digital marketing initiatives and pivot quickly, prioritize, and manage multiple priorities
  • Manage marketing projects across roles (design, content, social)
  • Provide training and instruction to sales teams on how to use enablement tools effectively 
Qualifications:

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field REQUIRED
  • WordPress or similar CMS experience is preferred
  • 0-2 years of experience in a marketing coordinator, account management, or customer service type role
  • 0-2 years of experience working with or speaking to complex data analysis and strategy optimization
  • 0-2 years of experience with marketing strategy creation and execution
  • 0-2 years of experience in traditional or digital marketing campaign management
  • 0-2 years of experience in working alongside sales teams 
  • 0-2years’ experience in email marketing and sale enablement
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and superior attention to detail
  • Flexibility and eagerness to identify, learn, and use new and changing technologies
  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously within inflexible time frames
  • Ability to adapt to frequent priority change 
  • Ability to formally & informally present to small and large audiences
  • Ability to work professionally with sensitive, proprietary data and information while maintaining confidentiality 
  • Capable of working within established policies, procedures, and practices prescribed by the organization
  • Communicate and interact effectively with individuals at all levels, internal and external, both written and verbally
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • English proficient to skillfully communicate and present complex concepts 

 

 

Work Conditions/Hours

  • Normal hours are 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday – Friday, typical office working conditions
  • Schedules may vary in accordance with business necessity
  • This role requires availability outside of normal business hours
