BGM’s marketing function runs on systems. Webinars, email campaigns, a weekly newsletter, video content, a full promo calendar. It keeps moving week in and week out, and we need someone who can keep it running while also helping us build.
This isn’t a “post to social media and report the numbers” job. You’ll be executing real campaigns in ActiveCampaign, running live webinars from start to finish, and turning coaching sessions and podcast recordings into blog posts, email sequences, and short-form video. You’ll own a handful of things outright and assist the Marketing Director on the rest.
If you like variety, can manage a lot of moving parts, and pick up new tools fast, this role will keep you busy in the best way.
In your first year, three things are yours to own:
Webinar and email execution.
You’ll run our monthly webinars end to end in Zoom, from scheduling and registrant tracking through live execution and post-event follow-up (recordings, replays, survey distribution, reporting). You’ll also own our weekly newsletter and campaign sends in ActiveCampaign.
Content production and repurposing.
We produce a lot of long-form content (webinars, coaching sessions, podcast recordings). Your job is to turn that into a full content footprint: blog posts, email sequences, social posts, short video clips. You’re not starting from scratch; you’re making what already exists work harder.
Marketing operations and the content library.
Promo calendar, Vimeo library, Masters folder (organized, version-controlled, and locked down), AV setup for in-house events, and the info@ inbox. The behind-the-scenes stuff that keeps everything from falling apart.
Beyond those, you’ll assist on whatever else the team needs: campaign launches, event support, design tasks, research, and the day-to-day work of keeping a small marketing team moving.

Send your resume and a short note (a few sentences is fine) about a piece of content you produced or a campaign you helped run. Not looking for a cover letter essay, just something that shows you can actually write and have done real work.
