Position Overview
The Marketing Assistant will support promotional initiatives, event campaigns, and client engagement efforts. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who is organized, creative, and interested in gaining experience in marketing and event operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of promotional materials for upcoming events
- Support event marketing initiatives and community outreach activities
- Coordinate marketing materials for event displays and presentations
- Help organize promotional events and client-facing activities
- Collaborate with event and operations teams to ensure brand consistency
- Support the planning and execution of marketing projects
- Maintain organized files and project documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Schedule & Compensation
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Schedule:Monday-Friday
- Typical shifts: 8 hours per day
- Compensation:$18.00 - $26.00 per hour, depending on experience
