Position Overview
Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Marketing Assistant to join their client's dynamic team in California. The Marketing Assistant will support regional marketing initiatives across North America, assisting in creating and maintaining marketing collateral, coordinating events, managing communications, and ensuring alignment with global brand standards. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced B2B environment.
Responsibilities
- Marketing Collateral & Content: Assist in creating, updating, and localizing brochures, datasheets, presentations, and digital assets while ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
- Communications & Social Media: Support internal and external communications, prepare and schedule social media content, and track engagement metrics.
- Events & Tradeshows: Coordinate logistics for tradeshows, exhibitions, and customer events, including booth setup, collateral, vendor management, and post-event reporting.
- Press & Media: Help maintain media relationships, prepare press releases, and track coverage across North America.
- Administrative Support: Manage marketing documentation, budgets, vendor coordination, and provide support for regional initiatives in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing coordination or similar roles, preferably in B2B or technology sectors.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Ability to work on-site in Fremont, CA.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in telecommunications or technology-related industries.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) and Salesforce.com.
- Spanish language skills for regional coordination.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Required Work Hours
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday
Benefits
Competitive salary range from $33.00 to $45.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
