Marketing Assistant
This is a full-time, in-office position

AgTrust Farm Credit is seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our team. In this role, you'll support marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand, engage our customers, and support our mission.
What You'll Do
As a Marketing Assistant, you'll support a wide range of marketing and communication efforts, including:
Event & Sponsorship Coordination
- Coordinate and support marketing events in partnership with lending teams and internal stakeholders
- Prepare and manage event and sponsorship logistics, including materials, timelines, and on-site needs
- Handle sponsorship fulfillment to ensure all deliverables are completed accurately and on time
Project & Task Management
- Utilize Asana (project management platform) to track, manage, and complete assignments
- Take ownership of assigned projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines and expectations are met
- Maintain organized records of projects, materials, and communications
Marketing Operations Support
- Coordinate advertising requests and ensure timely execution
- Assist with invoice collection and tracking for marketing-related expenses
- Support general marketing operations, including cross-team coordination and follow-ups
Creative & Administrative Support
- Create and edit basic marketing materials using Canva
- Assist with fulfillment of marketing materials and campaign assets
- Run occasional errands related to events and marketing needs (e.g., picking up supplies, managing inventory such as tablecloths and storage items)
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred. Agriculture, rural lending or financial services industry experience a plus.
- One (1) to two (2) years of related marketing experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with content management systems or marketing platforms preferred
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
