Marketing Assistant/Analyst




Job Summary



The Marketing Assistant/Analyst leads and supports cross-functional marketing initiatives, develops and executes strategic communication programs, and uses data-driven insights to optimize customer engagement across multiple channels. The role focuses on creating customer-centric experiences, managing campaigns, and leveraging digital and traditional communication tools to support business objectives and mitigate risk.



Responsibilities


  • Lead cross-functional teams across multiple business units to align on priorities and develop comprehensive communication strategies.

  • Develop communication programs that incorporate a full spectrum of tools and tactics, including traditional letters, digital, and social media content.

  • Create communications through the lens of the customer to deliver holistic experiences and meaningful touchpoints.

  • Use data and analytics to measure communication performance and continually optimize results, including open rates, response rates, return mail, and list health.

  • Leverage communication strategies to mitigate risks through crisis management, constituent engagement, and customer service support.

  • Manage and support marketing campaigns from planning through execution and performance review.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as studio, digital, email, analytics, data, brand, line of business, compliance, and legal teams.




Requirements


  • Bachelor s degree.

  • Proven marketing experience with a focus on campaign and communication management.

  • Experience in project management, including coordinating cross-functional initiatives.

  • Experience with campaign management and performance optimization.

  • Proficiency with Adobe, Workfront, Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office.

  • Relevant professional certification(s) preferred.

  • Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholder groups, including compliance and legal partners.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer-centric messaging.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage multiple priorities.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting marketing and communication performance metrics.
