Under the general direction of the Director of Fund Development, we are seeking aMarketing and Communications Leader to direct the communications strategy for our $30M+ nonprofit dedicated to supporting our veterans and their family members. Based on-site at our Worcester, MA, headquarters, this role requires a strategic storyteller and relationship builder who can amplify our mission, cultivate key press partnerships, and elevate our brand presence across diverse regional landscapes across New England, Montana, and North Dakota, amplifying our localized efforts into a unified, high-impact national message.
This position is based out of our Headquarters Facility in Worcester, MA.
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Non-Profit Management, Marketing, or a related field. Master's Degree preferred.
3 to 5+ years of experience, ideally within a non-profit organization or a social impact agency.
