We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and innovative Marketing and Communications Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive communications strategy, managing marketing projects, and serving as the central point for drafting and approving marketing materials. The candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Suite and have experience with Hubspot. This role requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in the marketing industry with a proven track record of success.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive and innovative communications strategy to increase brand visibility and awareness.
2. Serve as the central point for drafting, editing, and approving all marketing materials to ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
3. Manage all marketing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the set objectives.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and business growth.
5. Utilize data analytics to monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns, making necessary adjustments for optimal results.
6. Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and areas of improvement.
7. Leverage Microsoft Suite and Hubspot to enhance marketing efforts and streamline processes.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in a marketing role, with at least 5 years in a managerial position.
3. Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing and communication strategies.
4. Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Suite, with experience in Hubspot being a plus.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
7. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret marketing data and metrics to make informed decisions.
8. Self-motivated, creative, and strategic thinker with a strong problem-solving ability.
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
