Key responsibilities include preparing proposals and marketing materials, maintaining project portfolios, managing industry events and CRM systems, coordinating social media and website content, organizing networking groups, and assisting with events and company communications.
Qualifications include a degree or experience in marketing, communications, or AEC industry, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud, strong organizational and communication skills, creativity, and ability to manage multiple projects. Preferred skills include supporting RFQs, proposal development, basic photography/videography, and content management.
