POSITION SUMMARY The Marketing Analyst III is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns that support business growth, brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. This role leads the planning and execution of digital media strategies, marketing communications, public relations initiatives, and customer engagement campaigns. The Analyst serves as a key contributor to departmental strategy, ensuring campaigns are effectively delivered through the appropriate channels, measured against established objectives, and aligned with organizational goals. The position requires strong ownership, project management skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Develop, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives and growth strategies.
- Lead campaign planning, audience segmentation, execution, and performance analysis across digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Create and implement media strategies that support awareness, acquisition, engagement, and retention objectives.
- Manage digital advertising initiatives across paid media channels, including campaign setup, monitoring, optimization, and reporting.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics, campaign KPIs, and customer engagement data to develop actionable recommendations and improve results.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including audience selection, content coordination, scheduling, deployment, testing, and reporting.
- Ensure all communication initiatives maintain consistency with brand standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational objectives.
- Coordinate marketing communications across multiple channels including email, website, social media, digital advertising, branch communications, and internal stakeholders.
- Support public relations initiatives, including media outreach, press releases, media monitoring, and coordination with external partners and agencies.
- Assist with reputation management efforts and monitor media coverage related to the Bank and industry.
- Collaborate with internal departments to identify marketing opportunities and develop communication strategies that support business goals.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects while ensuring deadlines, budgets, and objectives are achieved.
- Prepare campaign presentations, reports, dashboards, and executive summaries to communicate results and recommendations.
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, media partners, and third-party providers to support campaign execution.
- Maintain ownership of assigned marketing initiatives from planning through execution, measurement, and post-campaign analysis.
- Monitor market trends, customer behavior, competitive activity, and emerging marketing opportunities.
- Assist with event promotion and communication plans when required.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Maintains full knowledge and understanding of bank policies, procedures, regulatory and compliance requirements, including but not limited to BSA/AML, CDD, EDD, PII, and others as defined by the Compliance Division and Information Security Division.
- Attend and/or complete all required training as assigned.
- Assist with filing, copying, scanning, and organization of departmental reports and materials.
- Participate in departmental meetings, events, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Orders marketing supplies and materials as needed.
- Perform other related duties as required to accomplish the objectives of the position.
- Attend occasional meetings, events, and/or trainings on weekends or holidays as business needs require.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field. Minimum eight years progressive banking and marketing experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience;
- Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and website;
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for diverse audiences;
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software;
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software;
OTHER SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS - Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from directors, managers, clients (both internal and external) and the general public;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to communicate in both English and Portuguese highly recommended, and in some departments required; Spanish useful;
- Sales and Marketing – Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, and sales techniques;
- Administration and Management – Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources;
- Communications and Media – Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods. This includes alternative ways to inform and entertain via written, oral and vision media;

- English Language – Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition and grammar;
- Economics and Accounting – Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, the financial markets, banking and the analysis and reporting of financial data;
- Customer and Personal Service – Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction;

- Ability to develop objectives and strategies and effectively communicate them verbally and in written word;
- Ability to set priorities and complete assignments with minimum supervision;
- In depth knowledge of all bank policies, procedures and compliance requirements;
