Job Title: Marketing Analyst (Entry-Level)
Project Location: Minneapolis, MN
Contract Duration: 12-Months
Pay Rate: $25.00 - $30.00

Project Schedule: Hybrid Schedule (Onsite Tuesday–Thursday)
This entry-level position supports utility Demand Side Management (DSM) programs across multiple jurisdictions. The role focuses on operational support for commercial DSM initiatives, rebate processing coordination, and program documentation management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting commercial DSM programs across approximately five jurisdictions
  • Reviewing rebate requests for accuracy and completeness
  • Routing approved rebate submissions to the rebate processing team
  • Updating and maintaining program marketing materials and documentation
  • Supporting general program operations and task coordination within Salesforce

Responsibilities:
There is no single typical day; work is driven by incoming program tasks. Core activities include:
  • Working in Salesforce to manage newly assigned tasks from across the organization
  • Reviewing work items and identifying missing documentation (invoices, forms, etc.)
  • Communicating with internal project team members via email and system notes
  • Managing shared program inboxes and responding to inquiries
  • Participating in weekly product/program team meetings to align on priorities and execution plans
  • Supporting ongoing coordination of DSM program activities
  • Internal business stakeholders
  • External customers and vendors (as needed for rebate and documentation support)

Top Skills & Qualifications
  • Entry-level candidates (recent graduates encouraged)
  • 0–3 years of experience preferred
  • Microsoft Office Suite (required)
  • Salesforce (preferred)
  • Email and shared inbox systems
  • Interest in energy, utilities, sustainability, or operations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (required)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured, high-volume environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Problem-solving ability

Work Schedule

  • Overtime may be required during peak periods (typically spring)
    • Up to 10 hours/week with prior approval
