What You'll Do: • Leverage claims-based market data to uncover growth opportunities, optimize delivery models, and inform strategic initiatives • Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate into clear, impactful, actionable analytics and deliverables • Design and build compelling dashboards and visual narratives that influence executive decision-making, using SQL and Tableau • Present findings directly to executives and cross-functional teams • Influence team strategy around tech, processes, and deliverable innovation

Qualifications What We're Looking For:
Education: Bachelor's degree in quantitative field, e.g., Marketing Research, Statistics, Data Science, or Math (Master's or more preferred)
Experience: 7+ years in data science/analytics or market research, with advanced degrees requiring less (healthcare experience a plus)
Skills: • Intermediate to advanced in SQL • Intermediate in BI tools • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with proven ability to execute translational analytics • Strong knowledge of descriptive statistics and probability; predictive analytics a plus • Familiarity with claims data, geospatial analytics, and healthcare a plus
