The Procurement Digital and Process Solutions team is seeking a highly skilled Market Movement Forecast (MMF) & Market Intelligence (MI) Senior Specialist to support the delivery of MMF & MI capabilities that enable Procurement goals. This scope includes, but is not limited to, category intelligence, supplier risk intelligence, inflation management, sourcing intelligence, and other insight capabilities that support Procurement and business decision-making.
The Senior Specialist will play a key role in executing the MMF & MI strategy and roadmap as part of the overall Spend Management Strategy, ensuring high-quality, timely external and internal insights are generated to inform Procurement decisions. The individual will apply expertise in data analytics and market intelligence to contribute to initiatives, enhance processes, and support continuous improvement.
Collaboration with ONE Procurement teams, market intelligence pillar leads, and digital & technology partners will be essential to enable data-driven decision-making and support the implementation and adoption of MMF & MI tools and solutions.
The role operates as an experienced individual contributor, working with limited supervision, while adhering to established processes, governance, and policies. Integration of Johnson & Johnson's Credo and C.E.O. Leadership Behaviors into all activities is expected.
