Summary:
At 4over, we're looking for an experienced, collaborative leader to help drive growth across our family of trade brands. The Market Manager plays a critical role in shaping how we show up in the market, bringing strong market insight, sound judgment, and a results-driven mindset to everything they do. This role serves as a strategic partner across our organization working closely with Marketing, Sales, Commercial, and Operations to align teams around the highest-impact opportunities. The ideal candidate is a confident influencer who knows how to guide direction, challenge assumptions, and help the business focus on what matters most. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role works closely with internal teams to guide execution while maintaining strategic alignment with the VP of Marketing. The Market Manager plays a critical role in influencing priorities and ensuring the organization is focused on the right opportunities. This role is responsible for owning go-to-market execution for products within the assigned market, while providing market-driven recommendations to inform product strategy and business decisions.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, eight or more hours per day, five days per week based on business needs. Primary schedule will be 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, or similar. Location: Remote (must reside in CA, AZ, TX, OH, NJ, or FL)
Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 annually.

Demand Generation & Sales Enablement Support
Analytics & Market Assessment
Design analytics frameworks and reporting tools to assess market performance
Monitor key metrics including:
Revenue trends
Conversion rates
Product performance
Customer behavior
Translate data into directional insights and recommendations
Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities and take action to adjust market approach
Analyze digital performance metrics including website engagement, conversion rates, traffic sources, and campaign effectiveness (e.g., SEO, PPC, ROAS) to inform market strategy
Commercial Team Alignment (Sales + Marketing)
Partner closely with the Commercial team to align on:
Market opportunities
Customer needs
Revenue growth strategies
Support sales efforts through:
Market insights
Targeting recommendations
Campaign alignment
Participate in customer-facing discussions as needed to better understand market dynamics
Market Engagement & Industry Presence
Maintain strong connection to the market through:
Trade shows
Industry events
Customer and partner interactions
Partner closely with the Integrated Communications & Events Manager to plan and deliver market-driven event strategies that support broader marketing and commercial objectives
Evaluate and recommend participation in trade shows and industry events based on market opportunity, customer presence, and expected ROI
Partner with the Commercial team to:
Align event strategy with market priorities
Define objectives, messaging, and target audiences for events
Travel as needed to support commercial initiatives and gather market insight
Use direct market exposure to:
Identify trends
Gather customer feedback
Inform strategy and recommendation
Strategic Contribution & Support
Continuous Optimization
Operating Model & Reporting Alignment
