We are expanding rapidly and launching new markets across the country. We are hiring a Market Growth Manager, a driven, disciplined, and entrepreneurial leader who can both sell and build a high-performing inside sales team from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

1. Drive Vendor Growth

  • Identify, prospect, and close new vendor partners within your assigned market.

  • Deliver compelling presentations that demonstrate how Infinite Pipeline strengthens and systemizes their sales process.

  • Own the full sales cycle from first contact through onboarding and launch.

2. Build & Lead a Sales Team

  • Recruit, hire, and train Inside Sales Representatives and Business Development Representatives.

  • Establish clear performance standards and lead with accountability and energy.

  • Conduct coaching sessions, data-driven 1:1s, and daily huddles to consistently exceed targets.

3. Own Vendor Relationships

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for active vendors in your market.

  • Monitor key performance metrics and communicate results proactively.

  • Identify expansion opportunities and build long-term partnerships rooted in transparency and measurable results.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven success in B2B sales, business development, or account management.

  • Leadership experience — you have hired, trained, or managed a sales team.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills; confident engaging decision-makers.

  • Highly organized, metrics-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

  • Comfortable with CRM and reporting tools (NetSuite, Google Workspace, etc.).

  • Competitive, coachable, and relentless about achieving goals.
