We're looking for a market director to:
• create a vision and business development strategy • coach branch managers and financial advisors to deliver excellent client service, drive business growth, improve retention and establish a robust local presence • set financial advisor recruiting goals, lead recruiting activities and oversee the transition of advisors • monitor and resolve escalated issues, including financial, reputational, compliance, supervisory, operational and HR governance risks • partner with the management team to manage day-to-day activities • manage P&L, and incorporate P&L considerations in business decisions, • ideally 5+ years of experience with a leading financial institution • proven leadership experience in the industry • FINRA Registrations: Series 3 (where applicable) Series 7, 66, 8 or 9, and 10 • life and Health Insurance license • motivated, self-directed and driven • skilled at creating a positive business culture • result-oriented and assertive,
