Market Center Administrator (MCA)

Summary

We are seeking a highly drive Market Center Administrator (MCA to join our leadership team at Keller Williams Realty Tulare & Kings Counties.

This is a key leadership position that operates as the financial and operational backbone of the business. The MCA plays a critical role in driving profitability, growth, and overall performance of the organization.

This position sits at the heart of the organization and directly impacts the success of the business, the agents, and the overall growth of the company.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting
• Track key metrics, profitability, and business performance
• Manage and optimize operational systems and workflows
• Support leadership with strategic decision-making
• Lead and manage administrative staff
• Ensure all transactions, records, and systems are accurate and compliant
• Help drive growth by supporting agent productivity and business systems

Qualifications

• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• 1–3+ years of leadership or management experience preferred
