What You'll Do:- Install, maintain, and repair marine systems and outboard engines with precision.
- Lead winterization tasks, including shrink wrapping, bottom painting, and system commissioning.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical and mechanical issues.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure all systems meet industry standards.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and deliver exceptional results.
What We’re Looking For:- Experience: 3-5 years in marine systems or a related field.
- Skills: Expertise in marine electrical systems, problem-solving, and technical communication.
- Certifications: Marine electrical certifications preferred.

- Physical Ability: Comfort with lifting up to 50 lbs., working at heights, and navigating confined spaces.
