Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Marine Riggers for projects located in and around Savannah, GA. This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of up to $32/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
Operate hoisting or crane equipment as needed to lift sails, masts, or rigging components.
Work safely aloft, ascending and descending ladders or rigging structures.
Assist in sailing operations and vessel preparation, as required.
Ensure familiarity with boat systems, nomenclature, and safety protocols.
Adapt to varying weather conditions while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
Maintain and organize tools and equipment, ensuring proper care and readiness for use.
Requirements:
Strong manual dexterity and experience with hand tools.
Comfortable working aloft and climbing ladders.
Knowledge of boats, marine systems, and related terminology.
Ability to work in all weather conditions.
Sailing experience preferred.
Previous sailboat rigging experience preferred.
Hoisting/Crane Operator experience preferred.
ABYC and/or manufacturer certifications a plus.
