Job Summary
The Marine Repair Mechanic is a skilled manufacturing position that is responsible for the repair of aluminum and fiberglass boats for the USCG and Navy, as well as other government and commercial customers. This is position is responsible for ensuring that all technical parts are correctly installed and comply with the regulatory specs to successfully support the continued use of the boat.

Physical requirements
Position requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, kneeling, crawling, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity. Must be able to work in tight spaces and awkward positions for long periods of time. Must be able to conduct inside and outside work in all temperatures. Use of manufacturing equipment. Work in areas at times that are not environmentally controlled. Able to move/lift/pull/push 50 lbs. Ability to get underway with high-speed watercraft in variable weather conditions. Must be able to obtain a driver license with trailer use. Must be able to travel as required, with travel occurring up to 25% of the time, including travel outside of the Continental United States.
