Job Summary
We are seeking a Marina Assistant to join our team! As a Marina Assistant, you will support the Berthing Masters and other marina employees in the general day-to-day operations of the marina, including maintaining a clean working environment, assisting customers, and answering general inquiries about the marina itself. You will also occasionally take payments from customers and answer the telephone or radio. The ideal candidate has an upbeat attitude, doesn’t mind working in any weather conditions, and has excellent customer service skills. 

Responsibilities 

• Assist with the day-to-day operations of the marina
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
• Assist customers in-person or over the phone with questions, concerns, or provide directions and advice
• Take payments

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills
• The ability to work well within a team environment
• The ability to work in any weather conditions
• Familiarity with basic computer programs, such as the Microsoft Office suite
• Experience with boating and water confidence desired
