Safely and efficiently deliver orders to customers in a timely manner
Provide friendly, professional, and courteous service to every guest — With Gratitude
Verify order accuracy before leaving the store and upon delivery
Handle cash and electronic payments responsibly
Follow all traffic laws and company safety guidelines
Assist with in-store tasks when not on delivery, including folding boxes, cleaning, and light prep
Maintain a clean, professional appearance in compliance with Marco’s Pizza Grooming Standards
A friendly, polite individual who enjoys interacting with customers
A dependable team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Someone punctual, reliable, and proud of their work
Ability to work nights, weekends, and in a fast-paced environment
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must have held a valid driver’s license for at least two (2) years
Must have a reliable personal vehicle
Vehicle must have current registration and valid insurance
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review
No DUI, OWI, or drug- or alcohol-related driving offenses within the past five (5) years
