Shift: 3rd shift hours, 10pm to 6am.
 
Summary:
In this role, you will have responsibilities related to keeping production running during 3rd shift operations in the Fabrication department. Duties will include supporting operators, maintenance, and salary support staff. This could include troubleshooting MES systems, automated or manual welding processes, training operators, and other production-supporting related tasks. This role will require weekend support depending on production needs.
 
Responsibilities
  • Support operators, maintenance, and salary support staff during 3rd shift operations.
  • Troubleshoot MES systems and welding processes, both automated and manual.
  • Train operators and support other production-related tasks.
  • Develop and document projects or processes.
  • Provide weekend coverage as required by production needs.
 
Qualifications
  • Experience with manual and robotic welding systems. Fanuc preferred.
  • Ability to support production through execution of new or existing processes.
  • Ability to troubleshoot automated and/or manual processes.
  • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous situations.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a group setting.
  • Ability to follow up with group communications or work tickets.
  • Ability to document work effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products such as Excel and Outlook.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $45.00 - $47.13/hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
