Responsible for trimming, sanding, finishing, and performing minor repairs on fiberglass panels and parts to meet quality standards and production deadlines. Ensures work is performed safely, efficiently, and to specification.
Job Responsibilities
Read and interpret production drawings; perform inspections to ensure dimensions and
Sand, trim, and remove imperfections from fiberglass
Perform minor repairs and apply resins or fillers as
Use hand, power, and pneumatic tools safely and
Measure and inspect work using jigs, templates, or
Assist with moving and staging large
Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work
Support lean, 5S, and continuous improvement
