Description
The client is seeking a Manufacturing Transfer Engineer with 5+ years of medical device experience to support manufacturing and technology transfer projects. The ideal candidate should have expertise in process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), design transfer, change control, FDA/ISO 13485/GMP compliance, and strong problem-solving skills. They are looking for someone who can smoothly transfer manufacturing processes between sites or CMOs while maintaining quality, compliance, and production continuity.
Job Responsibilities
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Biomedical, Industrial, or related field)
5+ years of Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, Manufacturing Transfer, or Technology Transfer experience within the medical device industry
Strong experience working with CMOs and regulated manufacturing environments
Comfortable collaborating with Manufacturing, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, and Regulatory teams
Able to independently drive manufacturing transfer projects while maintaining compliance and product quality
