Manufacturing Training Coordinator

This position will work the day shift, 6am - 2:30pm, Monday-Friday

We are looking for a Manufacturing Training Coordinator to join our team in one of today's most exciting technologies. This role will report to the Manufacturing Training Manager and based in Fremont, CA. This is a fully on-site, in office role.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Conduct trainings for manufacturing processes

• Maintain training records for team members

• Work with Production team to develop a training plan for manufacturing team members and assign team members to appropriate trainings

• Create and communicate training schedule

• Conduct training audits monthly

• Partner with HR and Safety to coordinate compliance training

• Work with subject matter experts to develop and maintain standardized work for current skill trainings

• Work with Production team to create and conduct on-the-floor lean trainings

• Shadow current skills training (to be a backup as needed)

Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in a Manufacturing environment in a process/manufacturing/or operations/materials management role

• Strong organizational kills

• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

• Strong verbal, listening, presentation, and written communication skills

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills

• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite

Salary Ranges:

$24.37 - $35.07
