Job Description:
Manufacturing Technicians to support its Electrophysiology (EP) business in Minnetonka, MN.
This role supports a new product launch by working with the operations team on manufacturing processes, troubleshooting equipment, and improving production efficiency and product quality.
Responsibilities:
Support manufacturing operations and production equipment
Troubleshoot process and equipment issues
Assist with new product introductions and process improvements
Support lean manufacturing initiatives and cost reduction projects
Train and coach production assemblers on manufacturing processes
Interpret test data and assist with yield improvement activities
Work with maintenance and engineering teams to resolve issues
Perform scrap investigations and root cause analysis
Maintain communication across shifts and functional teams
Follow FDA regulations, company procedures, and quality standards
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma, Trade School Certification, or equivalent experience
1 4 years of Manufacturing Technician experience
Experience troubleshooting manufacturing equipment and processes
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good organizational and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Medical device manufacturing experience preferred
Background in Electronics or Engineering Technology is a plus
Flexibility to support overtime or other shifts when needed
