Description Operate and maintain laboratory and production equipment used in manufacturing electronic implantable devices.Prepare metallographic samples including cutting, mounting, grinding, and polishing.Perform cross‑section analyses and collect data for engineering studies.Execute manual and semi‑automatic assembly tasks on the production floor.Manage surface treatment, cleaning, and casting support activities.Document operational results, sample prep details, and process parameters with accuracy.Collaborate with process development, quality, supply chain, and R&D teams.Follow established procedures, safety protocols, and GMP standards.Track and communicate key operational metrics related to equipment and workflow. Profile Technical degree or certification in materials science, mechanical technology, electronics, or related fields.2-5 years of hands‑on metallographic sample preparation experience.Skilled in operating sandblasting tools, grinders, polishing machines, and similar equipment.Familiarity with manual and semi‑automatic assembly in a manufacturing or lab environment.Understanding of welding, soldering, and surface treatment fundamentals.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise procedures.Working knowledge of safety, laboratory standards, and GMP.Clear communication skills for reporting and cross‑functional collaboration.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn manufacturing systems.
