Location: Lexington, KY
6-Month Assignment | High Likelihood of Extension or Conversion
Pay Rate: $19.00 $20.50/hour (based on shift assignment)

Shift Schedules:
" 1st Shift: 5:00 AM 3:30 PM | Monday Thursday + every other Friday
" 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM 1:30 AM | Monday Thursday + every other Friday

As a Manufacturing Technician, you'll play a key role in supporting daily production operations by operating equipment, maintaining cleanroom standards, and ensuring products are manufactured safely and efficiently to the highest quality standards.

What You'll Be Doing:
" Operate and monitor pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment following batch records and SOPs
" Clean, sanitize, and prepare production equipment and cleanroom environments
" Accurately complete production documentation, logs, and manufacturing records
" Assist with equipment setup, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance activities
" Maintain organized, audit-ready production areas using 5S principles
" Follow GMP, safety, and compliance procedures in a regulated manufacturing setting
" Support continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams

What We're Looking For:
" High School Diploma or GED required
" Previous manufacturing, production, pharmaceutical, or GMP experience preferred
" Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
" Ability to follow detailed procedures and complete documentation accurately
" Comfortable working in a cleanroom or regulated production environment
" Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 60 pounds
