Job Description

Joining our team as a Manufacturing Technician II - Dry - C Crew, you will commit to:

+ C Crew Shift Hours: 6 am-6 pm; Thursday, Friday, Saturday and every other Wednesday.

+ Prioritizing safety while setting up, operating, and monitoring machinery, performing adjustments, and troubleshooting minor issues to maintain smooth operations.

+ Conducting rigorous quality control checks to uphold high standards.

+ Accurately logging production data, machine performance, and downtime for continuous improvement.

+ Mixing dry goods with precision and care.

+ Collaborating closely with teams to ensure seamless handoffs during shift change, and equipment repair.

Requirements to join our team:

+ Reliability with a strong work ethic and excellent attendance.

+ Production or manufacturing experience (food processing, manufacturing, warehousing, construction, or farming experience a plus).

+ Ability to regularly lift 55 lbs and stand for extended periods during a 12hr shift in a semi-dusty environment.

+ High school diploma or equivalent or successful completion of a company administered basic skills assessment.

+ Must pass preemployment screens including background and drug screen.
