**About the Role

**

Our client is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to support the assembly, diagnostics, and testing of advanced pre-production vehicles and subassemblies. This role works closely with engineering teams to support vehicle bring-up activities, troubleshoot electrical systems, and contribute valuable feedback that helps refine manufacturing and production processes.

What you will be doing:

  • Collaborate with engineers and technicians to build, diagnose, and test vehicle systems and components.
  • Complete daily production and testing tasks to support project timelines and deliverables.
  • Provide feedback to cross-functional teams to support ongoing product and process improvements.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient build and testing environment.
  • Follow Environmental Health and Safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
  • Identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and workplace safety.
  • Support vehicle bring-up activities using electrical debugging and diagnostic techniques.

**About You

**

You are a hands-on manufacturing professional with strong troubleshooting abilities and experience working with mechanical and electrical systems in a production environment. You thrive in collaborative settings and are comfortable using diagnostic tools and interpreting technical documentation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 4 to 6 years of experience working as a technician in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience using basic hand and power tools.
  • Experience working with diagnostic tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Automotive or OEM experience, particularly in end-of-line diagnostics, repair, or testing environments.
