Manufacturing Technician, Cell Tabless

Focus on work area safety cleanliness material usage and organization 5S

Operate various process equipment in the development stage and sustain 247 operation

Conduct analytical tests measure and record data using defined tools and software

Identify problems and potential solutions to troubleshoot issues as they arise during regular production and engineering builds

Participate in the continuous improvement of safety quality output and tool uptime

Perform equipment setup operation adjustments and minor preventative maintenance tasks to meet safety quality and efficiency standards for equipment in varying development stages

Support production leadership at times in organizing associates and manpower to perform engineering trials on equipment

Experience in large- or small-scale manufacturing or some sort of process monitoring role

Experience with operating and troubleshooting automatedsemi-automated manufacturing equipment

Demonstrate the ability to analyze problems and error conditions identify root causes and implement viable long-term solutions

Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles

Strong command of the English language both written and verbal

Comfortable with frequent change of direction dynamic work environment and passion to perform time-sensitive analysis under pressure

Must be available to work any shift days andor nights

Essential Physical Demands

Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods of time up to 12 hours a day

Ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours a day including over varied and uneven terrain

Frequently and repetitively lift push and carry up to 35 lbs. including the ability to carry 20 lbs. up and down stairs

Frequently and repetitively bend lift and reach

Stoop lay bend reach squat kneel crouch twist and crawl for extended periods of time including up to 12 hours a day

Ability to find issues in a work process and receive safety signals using sight touch or hearing

Wearing Personal Protective Equipment including but not limited to PAPR safety glasses safety shoes bump caps and adhering to prescribed safety rules and guidelines
