10+ years of experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
Demonstrated hands-on experience assembling electro-mechanical equipment
Strong troubleshooting ability across mechanical systems and basic electrical systems
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and written work instructions
Solid mechanical aptitude and a dependable work ethic in a production setting
The Senior Manufacturing Technician is responsible for the build, assembly, and troubleshooting of complex electro-mechanical industrial equipment within a production manufacturing environment.
This position supports the high-quality fabrication and assembly of machinery that must meet strict performance, quality, and reliability standards. The role requires deep hands-on experience with both mechanical and electrical assembly, the ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints and schematics, and strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve equipment and manufacturing issues.
Work is primarily performed on the production floor, with occasional overtime required based on customer demand.
Required QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 10 years of manufacturing experience
Experience in electro-mechanical assembly
Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical products
Ability to understand and follow written instructions and blueprints
Strong mechanical aptitude
Vocational or technical training is a plus
