QUALIFICATIONS

What We’re Looking For

· Associate degree in Electro-Mechanical, Electronics, or related technical field (or equivalent experience)

· 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting production or manufacturing equipment

· Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and automated systems

· Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics

· Experience working with pneumatic systems and industrial equipment

· Familiarity with automated manufacturing equipment (SMT, AOI, reflow ovens, test handlers, etc.) is strongly preferred

· Experience working with or around PLCs, servos, and industrial controls is a plus

· Ability to train others and work collaboratively in a production environment

· Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment

Manufacturing Technician – 3rd Shift

11:30-7:30 Sun-Thurs.  Training on the 1st shift for a month or so.

Hands-On Equipment Support | High-Tech Manufacturing Environment

We are seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Technician to support a fast-paced production environment focused on advanced semiconductor and microelectronic manufacturing equipment. This role is critical in keeping production running smoothly by maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing complex automated systems.

If you enjoy solving technical problems on the floor, working directly with equipment, and being the go-to person when production issues arise, this is a strong fit.

What You’ll Do

· Perform preventive maintenance and unscheduled repairs on production and test equipment to ensure maximum uptime and production efficiency

· Provide real-time technical support to production operators on the manufacturing floor

· Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and electro-mechanical equipment issues

· Support setup, changeovers, debugging, and optimization of production equipment

· Work closely with manufacturing and test engineering teams to support equipment qualification and process improvements

· Train and support operators on proper equipment use and process best practices

· Maintain spare parts inventory, including tracking usage, ordering supplies, and ensuring availability of critical components

· Develop and improve maintenance documentation, work instructions, and repair procedures

· Analyze maintenance trends and prepare reports to support continuous improvement initiatives
