Job description:
Work Shift: 1st Shift (9/80A), 5 AM to2:30 PM
Looking for a Manufacturing Technician 1 to support our Team
The selected candidate will report to the appropriate Value Stream Manager, to support key production programs
This position will be on-site at the Miramar San Diego site
Responsibilities:
- Support the assembly of various composite and metallic components
- Read and comprehend Manufacturing Work Instructions and internal specifications
- Follow both written and verbal directions
- Good time management and a team player
Basic Qualifications for Manufacturing Technician 1:
- High School diploma or equivalent and zero years of experience
- Attention to detail
- Ability to comprehend written and verbal directions
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Produces and able to learn how to operate various software systems (Costpoint CP and MES)
Preferred Qualifications for Manufacturing Technician:
- Mechanical inclined
- Familiar with composite and metallic details
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
