Manufacturing Process Engineer / Technical Lead

What You"ll Do

As a Manufacturing Process Engineer, you"ll be a key technical resource supporting daily manufacturing operations and process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Improve manufacturing processes, equipment, and tooling
  • Troubleshoot production, equipment, and process-related issues
  • Support robotics and automation systems, including Fanuc robotics
  • Work closely with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering teams
  • Drive improvements in safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity
  • Support paint, pretreatment, and manufacturing processes
  • Identify root causes and implement corrective actions
  • Assist with equipment upgrades and process improvement projects
  • Provide technical support and guidance to operations personnel
  • Help ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Qualifications

  • Associate Degree in a Technical Discipline (Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Engineering Technology, Chemical Technology, or similar)
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Comfortable working on the manufacturing floor
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Preferred

  • Manufacturing or automotive industry experience
  • Experience with robotics, automation, or industrial equipment
  • Fanuc robotics experience
  • Experience with paint, pretreatment, chemistry, or chemical application processes
  • Process improvement or manufacturing engineering experience
  • Leadership experience or demonstrated leadership potential

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
