Volt is immediately hiring for Manufacturing Tech - Lab Process / Production Specialist in Cedar Creek, Texas

As a Manufacturing Tech - Lab Process / Production Specialist, you will:

• Operate and support robotic automation systems and liquid dispensing equipment
• Set up and run industrial robots to meet production and quality specifications
• Read and follow process orders, SOPs, and work instructions
• Perform equipment calibration and document processes and test results
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure product conformance
• Verify fill volumes and production line accuracy
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues using continuous improvement methodologies
• Maintain 5S standards for a clean and organized work environment
• Perform routine maintenance on production equipment
• Analyze and resolve complex technical and process-related issues

Schedule: 2nd Shift (1:00 PM – 9:30 PM) | Training on 1st shift (2 months)

This is a full-time contract opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

• High School Diploma + 2–5 years manufacturing or lab experience, OR
  Associate’s degree / technical degree preferred
• Required: Experience with liquid handling automation
• Experience with robotics, automation systems, or lab equipment
• Strong pipetting skills; biotechnology or wet lab experience preferred
• Ability to work in a regulated manufacturing environment

Pay Rate: $34.00 - $35.45 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
