SUMMARY
The Manufacturing Systems & Training Coordinator supports the systems, training, and administrative functions that keep Bridgeways' Manufacturing organization running smoothly. Reporting to the Director of Manufacturing, this role coordinates employee onboarding, ProShop administration, training, Quality Management System (QMS) support, document control, and manufacturing data integrity while partnering with Manufacturing Leadership to improve processes, maintain compliance, and support continuous improvement.

Position: Full-time

Pay: $29.85 - $34.05/ hour

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
Primary Responsibilities Under Director of Manufacturing Oversight
Manufacturing Systems Administration
  • Serve as the primary administrator for ProShop ERP. 
  • Create and maintain employee profiles and Company Positions. 
  • Assign user permissions, dashboards, and security roles. 
  • Develop, maintain, and improve system queries, dashboards, and reports. 
  • Audit system data to ensure data integrity and consistency. 
  • Coordinate ProShop enhancements and training with ProShop support. 
  • Support implementation of manufacturing system improvements and standardization. 
Employee Onboarding & Training
  • Develop department-specific onboarding schedules for all new Manufacturing employees. 
  • Coordinate onboarding activities across Manufacturing departments. 
  • Coordinate Production process training. 
  • Track onboarding progress and required training completion. 
  • Maintain Manufacturing training matrices and employee training records. 
Manufacturing Leadership Support
  • Support Manufacturing Leadership with administrative and operational initiatives. 
  • Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures. 
  • Coordinate Manufacturing projects, documentation, and process improvements. 
  • Prepare Manufacturing metrics, reports, and presentations. 
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives throughout Manufacturing. 
  • Provide support to the Planning department by assisting with work order processing and ERP transactions during periods of increased workload or resource constraints.
Customer & Security Administration
  • Coordinate Boeing Exostar account requests and renewals. 
  • Coordinate customer-required vendor badges. 
  • Purchase and renew authentication tokens. 
  • Maintain customer security access records. 
  • Coordinate customer portal administration and access requirements. 

Primary Responsibilities Under Quality Manager Oversight
Quality Management System Administration
  • Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of the AS9100 and ISO 9001 Quality Management System. 
  • Maintain audit readiness of Quality records and documentation. 
  • Coordinate implementation of Quality procedures and controlled documents. 
Training & Compliance Support
  • Coordinate Quality training requirements. 
  • Maintain Quality training records. 
  • Support internal, customer, and certification audits. 
  • Provide documentation demonstrating training and compliance. 
Calibration & Equipment Oversight
  • Coordinate calibration and certification activities. 
  • Maintain calibration database. 
  • Monitor certification due dates. 
  • Coordinate calibration vendors and documentation. 
Nonconformance & Corrective Action Support
  • Track Nonconformance Reports (NCRs). 
  • Coordinate timely closure of NCRs. 
  • Support CAPA documentation and follow-up. 
  • Assist with root cause documentation and effectiveness verification. 
Document Control
  • Coordinate document revisions, approvals, release, and archival. 
  • Maintain controlled documents. 
  • Remove obsolete documentation. 
  • Audit documentation for compliance with retention requirements. 
Metrics & Reporting
  • Compile Quality Management System metrics. 
  • Prepare Management Review reports. 
  • Develop quality performance dashboards. 
  • Monitor Quality KPIs. 
Vendor & Customer Quality Administration
  • Maintain the Approved Vendor List. 
  • Coordinate supplier documentation. 
  • Create and maintain vendor/customer profiles. 
  • Support customer quality surveys and documentation requests. 
QMS Special Requirements
  • Administer controlled stamps and quality-controlled assets. 
  • Monitor customer-specific quality requirements. 
  • Support implementation of quality-related procedures. 
  • Maintain compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
  • Must be able to pass Background check in accordance with Customer Guidelines and Requirements. 
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework in quality, compliance, or manufacturing preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of related manufacturing experience and 1 year in a quality or inspection role, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of ISO9001, AS9100, and aerospace manufacturing quality systems strongly preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP or quality database systems.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain customer-required access credentials, including Boeing Exostar access and applicable background clearances.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience administering ProShop ERP or a similar manufacturing ERP system. 
  • Experience supporting employee onboarding and training programs. 
  • Experience with document control and Quality Management Systems. 
  • Experience supporting AS9100 and/or ISO 9001 certification. 
  • Experience in aerospace manufacturing.

Based in Everett, and serving Snohomish County, Bridgeways incorporated in 1981. Bridgeways is run as a social enterprise, offering manufacturing services to companies of all sizes with projects ranging from sourcing, production, assembly, bonding, and wiring. Bridgeways also offers clinical services to adults living with mental health concerns. Services include Supported Housing, Supported Employment, Therapeutic Courts Programs for mental health and substance use disorders.
