Discover more about Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control. \n \nMUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN -\u202fThis position is located at a facility that requires\u202fspecial access.\n \nBasic Qualifications:\n \nBachelors degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education.\n \nPrior supervisor experience in a manufacturing environment. \n \nAbility to develop, coordinate, lead and execute daily production plans independently, with minimal supervision.\n \nAbility to assign work to unionized hourly workforce and hold employees accountable for following processes, cost, quality and schedule. \n \nAbility to troubleshoot and resolve daily production issues, working simultaneously with supporting functional areas; Quality, Engineering and Supply Chain.\n \nMust be able to work first and second shift and support overtime, as needed.\n \nThis position will be located at a facility that\n \nrequires special access and requires the selected\n \ncandidate to be a US Citizen.\n \nDesired Skills:\n \nAbility to obtain a clearance.\n \nExperience working in a manufacturing union environment.\n \nStrong interpersonal and leadership skills, including the ability to influence others and lead small teams.\n \nKnowledge of Lean Six Sigma. \n \nEffective problem identification and solution skills.\n \nMust possess a working knowledge of managing workmanship, time and attendance, enforcement of work rules, employee training development & certifications, and audit readiness.\n \nSecurity Clearance Statement: N/A\n \nClearance Level: None\n \nOther Important Information You Should Know\n \nExpression of Interest: By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
