We are seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor responsible for implementing and executing production processes to optimize manufacturing while ensuring regulatory compliance.

  • Maintain a safe work environment, perform safety checks, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Assist in developing new processes and procedures to improve yield and reduce costs.
  • Operate, troubleshoot, and perform routine maintenance on equipment.
  • Oversee line supervisors and technical staff, providing SME support and resource assignment.
  • Ensure work adheres to cGMP guidelines for quality, safety, and environment.
  • Monitor objectives, set priorities, and review GMP documentation.
  • Recruit, coach, and develop staff, including becoming proficient in SAP for manufacturing activities.
  • Require a BS in Chemistry or similar, with 5+ years of API production experience, cGMP knowledge, and strong data evaluation skills.

  • The annual salary range is $100,700 - $123,200.
