They act as a point of contact for partner groups, operate equipment, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
Managing employee performance, coaching, and training is essential.
Qualifications include effective communication, team leadership, troubleshooting skills, and a BA/BS degree with 2+ years of related experience or a master's degree with minimal experience.
Work involves exposure to biological materials, chemicals, noise, and equipment, requiring PPE and physical activity like lifting and standing.
