PRIMARY FUNCTION The manufacturing supervisor oversees manufacturing processes within the vinyl and regrind production areas to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a solid understanding of manufacturing workflows and compliance standards. The role provides operational shift leadership for our people and our processes including troubleshooting and resolving issues, coordinating team activities and work schedules to meet production expectations, oversees training processes and addresses performance concerns to build consistent team talent, and promotes a positive work environment to drive results and accountability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing issues, improve quality, safety, and efficiency, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
