• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Define and implement factory material flow layout, storage, supermarkets, and point of use
• Analyze demand profiles to optimize delivery methods using lean logistics principles like Kanban, JIT, and JIS
• Collaborate with suppliers to establish material replenishment processes
• Determine parts presentation, lot sizes, and packaging for assembly lines
• Aim to reduce inventory costs and increase turnover in support of team goals
• Strong experience in material planning, inventory management, logistics, and warehouse practices
• Skilled in preparing and implementing factory layouts
• Proficient in AutoCAD and ERP/MRP systems such as SAP or similar
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience with lean manufacturing, kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
