Natural Essentials, Inc. DBA Bulk Apothecary is a leading manufacturer of high-quality natural personal care and cosmetic products. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to join our team and oversee the efficient functioning of our production facilities. As the Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring optimal workflow, driving productivity, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a team of manufacturing staff, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve departmental goals.
Monitor and assess daily operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures.
Collaborate with other departments, including compounding, quality assurance, and warehouse, to streamline processes and maximize efficiency.
Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and optimize resource allocation.
Maintain and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production output, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Assist logistics with component inventory to ensure timely availability of raw materials and supplies.
Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and facilitate process enhancements.
Assist team members on production lines as needed.
Read and accurately interpret job reports, spreadsheets, production schedules, etc.
All other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Must be able to stand 8+ hours a day, and lift up to 55 Lbs. as needed.
3-5 years experience in a similar operations supervisory role, preferably within the manufacturing or order supply chain industry.
Bachelors degree in related field, preferred.
Lean Sigma Six certification is a bonus.
Previous manufacturing experience is required.
Strong knowledge of production processes, logistics, cGMP, and supply chain management.
Basic computer skills required.
Proficient use of Google software systems and other ERP systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize responsibilities.

Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00 am+/- to 3:30 pm+/-.

Wage: $22.00-$25.00/Hour depending on experience.
